In August 2024, Vendee X celebrated its first full year as the first smart vending machine provider in Laos.
From a single first machine deployed in Vientiane, we've grown to 25+ locations, processed 10,000+ cashless transactions per month, and built our own machine management system and PCB designs in-house.
Our R&D depth means every piece of hardware and software inside a machine is customizable — for OEM partners, advertisers, and host locations alike.
After this milestone year, we're focused on what's next: expansion beyond Vientiane and rolling out new on-machine AI features for inventory forecasting and customer behavior analytics.
