Vendee X began in a small garage in Vientiane with a simple vision: bring modern smart vending technology to Laos. While vending machines were common in developed markets, we saw that Laos lacked affordable, locally-supported smart vending solutions. Our founding team — a mix of hardware engineers, software developers, and retail veterans — decided to build the solution ourselves. We designed our own PCB boards, developed the Vending Management Core System, and created a network of cashless-enabled machines that accept BCEL One, YesPay, and Lao QR. Today, we operate 25+ machines across Vientiane — in offices, hospitals, schools, and logistics hubs — with 99% uptime and growing. Our mission is to make smart retail accessible to every business in Laos.
